Is your center not performing at the level you and we expect? Let's identify the reasons together.
Please review the following points:
  1. Branding: Is the center properly branded inside and outside?
  2. Lab Infrastructure: Are there at least 8 working computers, proper cooling, and cleanliness?
  3. Counseling & Lab Equipment: Are 40-inch LEDs installed and functional?
  4. Counseling Area: Is the area well-cooled and decorated with awards and photos?
  5. Classroom: Are classrooms comfortable with proper cooling and student furniture?
  6. Counselor Assessment: Has the counselor passed calling and counseling assessments?
  7. Trainer Performance: Are trainers appointed with demo-to-admission conversion above 50%?
  8. Promoter Performance: Is the promoter distributing pamphlets effectively and bringing 10 student contacts daily?
  9. Google Page: Is your Google Business page created with at least 25 reviews?
  10. Local Marketing: Are wall paintings, pole posters, and shop posters used in nearby areas?
  11. CRM Management: Are counselor calls done through CRM and monitored by seniors or directors?
  12. Lead Generation: Are leads received regularly from Head Office and JustDial?
  13. CRM Updates: Are all leads properly updated in the Technoglobe CRM?
